The rental market in Utah has experienced a sharp increase in the last few years. Utah is among the nations leaders in job growth. In 2005 Utah tracked a job growth of 3.5% which was the highest in the country and nearly doubled that of the national average. In 2004, Utah had a per capita household income of $50,614, compared with a national average of $44,473. Utah also ranks 2nd in the nation for the percentage of households with computers.
